Who we are

ITEA Limited (trading as BizUp360) is the controller of your personal data. Registered in England and Wales, company no. 16054703. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@bizup360.co.uk.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, business name, job title, email, phone, and when you’d like a callback.
• What your business needs, and details a partner needs to quote, such as company details, site addresses, bills, meter numbers (MPAN/MPRN), usage and contract details.
• For sole traders and partnerships, details a partner may need for identity or credit checks. We pass these to the partner you choose; we don’t make lending or insurance decisions.
• Records of calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and the options we showed you.
• Website data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you visit. Nothing is collected for analytics without your consent.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To call you back, build your checklist and connect you with partners: steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interests in running our business.
• To arrange energy, gas and waste contracts: to perform our agreement with you.
• To keep records of what we recommended: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
• To remind you about renewals: legitimate interests. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• Marketing emails: only to sole traders and partnerships with consent, and to companies only where the law allows, always with an easy opt-out.

Who we share it with

Only the partners you ask us to connect you with, for the services you choose:

• Formation agents, office providers, banks and website partners
• Card machine, EPOS and online payment providers
• Energy, gas, water and waste suppliers on our panel (and your current supplier, under a Letter of Authority), and solar installers
• Broadband, phone and IT partners
• Finance partners and insurance brokers
• Accountants, bookkeepers, payroll and HR partners
• Online ordering, table booking and cooking oil collection partners

We also share data with credit reference agencies used by partners, the Energy Ombudsman if you complain to it, our service providers (Web3Forms for website forms, Zoho Mail for email, our website host, and ITEA Pakistan Pvt Limited, our sister company, which provides IT and website support as our processor), and regulators or courts where the law requires it. Each partner is responsible for how it uses your data once you deal with it and will give you its own privacy notice.

Website forms and email

When you send a form on this website, your message is delivered to our team at callbacks@itealimited.com by Web3Forms, a form delivery service acting as our processor. Web3Forms runs on Amazon Web Services, may keep a copy of the message for a limited period under its own retention policy, and does not sell or share it. Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail, also acting as our processor. We keep form messages for the periods set out below.

International transfers

ITEA Pakistan Pvt Limited may access personal data from Pakistan to provide support. The UK has no adequacy decision for Pakistan, so we protect these transfers with the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement and appropriate security. Web3Forms and Zoho Mail may process data outside the UK, including in the United States and India. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge where a provider is certified) or the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum in the provider’s data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t go ahead: 2 years. Customer records, contracts and recommendations: 6 years after the relationship ends. Letters of Authority: until withdrawn or expired, then 6 years as a record.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to object to direct marketing at any time, and to move data you gave us. Email hello@bizup360.co.uk. We reply within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Complaints about your data

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first at hello@bizup360.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome without undue delay. You can also complain to the ICO, as above. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
